1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

Rekindle Club is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible online environment. We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child grooming, or any form of sexual exploitation or abuse of children.

Rekindle Club is a social connection and dating platform intended for adults. Our platform is not intended for children, and users must comply with our age eligibility requirements.

 

2. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Rekindle Club strictly prohibits any content, activity, or behaviour involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

The following activities are prohibited on our platform:

• Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

• Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to sexually exploit minors.

• Using the platform to facilitate child trafficking, sexual exploitation, or abuse.

• Sharing sexual content involving minors or content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse.

• Attempting to contact, manipulate, threaten, or exploit minors for sexual purposes.

• Using the platform to arrange or facilitate the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

These prohibitions apply to all users, profiles, messages, images, and other content or interactions associated with Rekindle Club.

 

3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users who encounter suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, or other child-safety violations should report the concern through the reporting features available in the Rekindle Club app or contact us directly using the email address provided below.

When submitting a report, please provide relevant information, such as the account or profile involved and a description of the concern. Do not download, forward, or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material.

Rekindle Club will review child-safety reports and take appropriate action in accordance with our policies and applicable laws.

 

4. Enforcement and Action

When we identify or receive credible reports of violations of these Child Safety Standards, Rekindle Club may take appropriate action, including:

• Removing violating content where applicable.

• Suspending or permanently terminating accounts involved in prohibited conduct.

• Restricting access to platform features where necessary.

• Preserving relevant information and cooperating with law enforcement or relevant authorities where required or legally appropriate.

• Reporting suspected illegal child sexual abuse or exploitation to the appropriate authorities where applicable.

We do not tolerate the use of Rekindle Club to facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Rekindle Club is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. We will cooperate with relevant authorities in addressing suspected child sexual abuse and exploitation, consistent with applicable legal requirements.
